The estate is located in Rynholec village (30 km western from Prague). A newly built motorway from Prague to Karlovy Vary shortens the way to Prague to about 20 minutes.

      In the village are the usual shopping and guest services, a post office, a bus stop and a railway station. Other shopping and culture facilities, including a supermarket, a post office, a bank and a pharmacy, are in the near-by town Nove Straseci.

OThe village Rynholec is situated at the boundary of the protected nature region “Woods of Krivoklat that is on the UNESCO list. Medieval monarchs used to visit this region because of its intact nature, hilly landscape with forests, lakes, brooks and many scarce species of wild animals and fish. Nowadays this region is the holiday destination of the president of the Czech Republic and his guests.
