Price for a WEEKEND

      Every next night is charged 65€

1. There can be 2 additional beds in each villas. Each additional bed is charged 15€ per night.
2. The gas consumption is charged by gasmeter.
3. No pets permited.

HOUSING RULES

1. Customer can use chosen object, a real estate and  equipment of object for time of lodging.



2. Customer notify  owner if occure a failure in object  and owner is supposed to fix it.



3. Customer have to use object only for recreation purposes.  Object is intended only for ordinary purposes .  Customer is supposed to prevent the damages of object and equipment.



4. For making a fire will customer use only the determined fireplace .  Customer will respect escalated danger of fire and  keep strict safety rules. ( Especially put out fire with water before  leaving fireplace).



5. Customer is supposed to lock the house and entrance areal gate before leaving.



6. In the first floor is non smoking area, for safety and hygienical reasons. Manipulation with open fire is forbidden.



7. Washing vehicles is permited  in front of garage and just with the water, - no chemicals.



8. In case of damage of object , part of object or equipment, customer immediately pay to owner every expense in cash  for repair damages, which caused by customer.
